Terms of Use:

1) Indemnifications.
1.1 Indemnifications by customer. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) , it's owners and employees, harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and costs of suit arising out of our Customer's use of services provided to you by Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) . Such indemnification shall include, but not be limited to, loss of data, claims for libel, slander, infringement of copyright, theft of misappropriation of intellectual property, or unauthorized use of any trademark, trade name, or service mark.

1.2 Indemnification by Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) Except as otherwise herein provided, Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Customer harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs of suit (but excluding consequential damages) arising from Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) gross negligence in the course of providing service under this agreement.

2) Shipment of Orders:
Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) supplies products Only under these terms and conditions:

2.1. Customer (Shopper) accepts full liability for the use of all products and services supplied by Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) . The Customer (Shopper) vows they will only use products under the guidance of their Esthetician.

2.2.. The Customer (Shopper) is completely responsible for the confirmation of their personal importation requirements. Products are not available where prohibited by law.

2.3 The Customer (Shopper) confirms they are of legal age.

2.4. Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, But will provide tracking and assistance in such cases. However the Customer (Shopper) must wait for a period of 4 weeks after the ship date indicated on the dispatch note. In the event of a claim under the registered service, the tracking process can take up to 6 weeks, whereupon a confirmed mailing loss will result in the products being shipped for a second and final time.

2.5. If Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) has shipped the wrong products, or products have arrived in a damaged condition due to incorrect packaging, the package and products must be returned to Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) for inspection by contacting Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) before undertaking any action. If the fault is identified and agreed, Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) will reship the products a second and final time. Should a refund or part refund be required they are subject to the conditions in section 4.4.

2.6. Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) does not guarantee delivery, however, each order is provided with a tracking number by usps or other carrier used.

2.7. Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) Consultation tips are for customer information purposes and, all information is supplied on an educational basis and does not in anyway replace that of a physician's.

2.8. Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) reserves the right to alter methods of shipments or to refuse orders as it sees fit.

3) Information Acquired:

All information and contents thereof obtained using Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) and Products and Skin Care tips and advices is the sole responsibility of the customer. Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC), it's owners or employees, will not be held responsible for any damages you or another party suffer as a result of our services and products. Transmission of any material in violation of any Canada and U.S., state or local regulation is strictly prohibited.

4) Canceling:

4.1. If the Customer (Shopper) requests a change in an order BEFORE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED or PROCESSED, changes can be made.

4.2.. Customer (Shopper) may not stop or change an order after payment has been processed.

4.3. If (Customer (Shopper) wishes to cancel orders with Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) before shipment of products, She/He required to give written notice by e-mail.

The customer may purchase travel sizes first before purchasing full size products, so that he/she can see if there is any allergic reactions to their skin. NO RETURNS OF OPENED PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED

5) Interruptions; Discontinuances:

Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) is not, and will not be responsible for interruptions or discontinuances of service caused by factors beyond it's control, including, but not limited to equipment failure, delays, negligence, strikes, or acts of God.

6) Amendments:
These Terms of Service supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings, inducements or conditions, expressed or implied, between Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) and the customer(s). Essential Skin & Beauty (Essential Skin & Beauty, LLC) reserves the right to change it's rates and/or modify these Terms of Service without any notice.

7) Taxes:
All orders from Illinois state are subject to 8.0% Sales Tax. Currently, US orders only.
